I have now decided that I LOVE COLOURS!!!!
though i may have gone a bit too far on this one....
anyway, any comments and (constructive) critisisms welcome!
Very pretty, I love how all the colors blend and look. I like the wings and the butterfly, too. The hands look a little short, at least the back hand does. (Maybe it's just me, I like drawing long fingers.)

Wow if skittles had a fairy mascot I bet it still wouldn’t look half as cool as this one, and the butterfly thing is a lovely touch.
I love the use of colour and the blending/shading done to the clothes (looks very swank) looks especially good because it’s been done by hand with colour pencil (your sister’s pencils to be more specific).
It's cool how both you and your sister share a very distinct colouring/drawing style, where as with my sister and I,
I draw stuff and then she just doodle’s random names/shapes all over my sketch pads when ever she uses my desk. |=^/

The colours burn my eyes but they are very cool and snazzy XD I think that the wings should be a bit more elegant-like, but apart from that, perdy ^^
